All designs are stitched by Townes & Co. Stitching and Design, and are hand-made to order.
Once your order is placed, complimentary design proof(s) will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please review and approve your proof or request any revisions within 72 hours of receiving it.
If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, stitching will proceed with the font and/or design as presented in the proof in order to maintain our published turnaround time.
